I know it's a wee bit late, but I would be remiss to not cite the excellent service provided me by your organization and driver Gary Gilbert this past fall when he transported IRON MABEL from North Ontario to Sewickley, Pa. He arrived safely, on time, and we launched the vessel without incident as smoothly as any operation I've conducted or seen conducted. Gary was inherently involved in that success, and even though we were in a business contract, he was very personable - the human elements of his knowledge, experience and care were the factors that sweetened and ensured the success of the entire operation.

After waiting literally months for Andrews to get their act together, it was a relief to deal with a company who stated a pick up and delivery date and stuck to it. Chris, The entire exercise was quite painless thanks to the cooperation and positive attitude of all concerned. I am recommending your services as well as Ralph's to other boaters here. The boat arrived and was launched without incident thanks to Gary. The local techs reattached the arch Fri afternoon and other than one 12V wire pair that didn't have a matching pair to reconnect to, everything went smoothly (I'll ask Jessie about it).. Manon and I spent the weekend plus Mon making Summer Place shipshape and not surprisingly we have a few "I don't understand" type questions for Jessie that we will ask him about in due course.
